I am super disappointed by the drive-thru service.

Always fresh, friendly staff and environment

So i go in and ask for a frosted cinnamon roll. The woman named jen grabs it and throws it upside down so all the frosting sticks to the bag. This is just one of my recent experiences.

for the amount of room they have in this location spaced it well in a good flow but the location is mostly designed for drive threw with a moderate size sitting area

The coffee was filled with grounds at the bottom. It was good at first until i got a mouthful of it. Not sure how this could've happened.

I know that it is strange to review a Tim Hortons but this is my favourite Timmies... like ever. I have never once been treated rudely or had my order messed up here- which isn't uncommon within this chain. Keep up the good work King St. Tim's

The food and coffee is lackluster, but the service at this Tim Hortons was great. I went there at 12AM to get some coffee and study, the employees were fast and friendly. In other words, Tim Hortons has lackluster food (it's generic Tim's food, so you get what you ask for), but this location seems to have great service.

This location of Tim Hortons is very disgraceful. I was studying at this location, didn't bother anyone, it was absolutely not busy at all. The staff asked me to leave. Apparently, the management has a rule that no one stays for more than an hour, regardless whatever you purchase. I haven't heard that before from any Tim Horton's location or any other coffee shop. Shame at Tim Hortons. I have also made a formal complaint with Tim Horton's headquarters. This kind of a location shouldn't be allowed to operate.

We stopped in for breakfast as we were up by 5:30 to run to the st Jacobs market. Tims is fast and close. 🌹

The orders are usually fast and accurate. However, I always have to ask for a napkin. Why don't they just include a napkin with every order? I hate leaving with a food item and not have a napkin.

Very fast, efficient service this Sunday morning. Their washrooms could benefit from more frequent tidy ups.

I was there Saturday night around 11:30. I went to drive through. I waited a few minutes at the speaker even though I was the only car in line before the young male employee spoke to me. He verbally assaulted me. He was extremely rude and has no business anywhere near the public. I will NEVER return to this location.

Great store. Lots of variety. My only wish is that it was closer to the size of the Bass Pro in Vaughn.

This location of Tim Horton's in Waterloo, Ontario is on the average side of service and okay for a cup of coffee and chat if you happen to be around that area. They have a small parking lot, however. It also has enough number of tables for its size, but it would be great if they could expand and add more seating and even outside area in summer. Time and speed of service were okay, and the staff were neutral, so being more friendly could be something they add to their improvements list.

You should use gloves at this particular time instead of holding coffees from their lids.

(From Britain) I went for lunch and to me it seemed like a fast food place so I decided to order what I thought was a hamburger, I was wrong, it was an impossible burger and I did notice it was not a real burger very quickly but it wasnt terrible. The thing that saved ol' Tim's for me was the doughnuts but I would never visit for lunch.

Good service, but strawberry banana smoothie had the consistency of muck, so had to throw out in parking lot. Overly sweet, and did not have any taste of real fruit whatsoever.

They are now kicking out customers who stay more than one hours. I go there to study. I bought two coffees. I was asked leave after an hour. It is atrocious . I live close by and I have been there customer last 10 years . Not only me lot others come to study there. It is stupid to ask them leave . Not good for business . I heard it is new manager terry is enforcing the new rule even it is not busy. Timmy’s go to hell.

This Tim Horton just seems a bit more relaxed than the hectic vibe at many other locations. The staff was friendly and food came fast, would recomend

Fast service. Cashier got a little snippy when I asked for my iced coffee to be a little sweeter because I found it more bitter than normal.

Other than no dish for the tea bag is given to the costumer, the Tim Hortons experience is stellar and feels very cosy to relax and have a coffee or tea. Good service and friendly, too.

There is a strange smell inside the Tims.

I go for breakfast every morning and they serve me very fast. My sandwich is always ready before my hot chocolate. I never have to wait.

Tammy the assistant manager was so rude , she didn’t even greet me .Coming to this location for more than a year, all other staff members are so nice , but she is disaster seriously.

Terrible service times use to be a way better experience but with new staff and a poor manager the quality has gone down when I get extra bacon on anything half the time they never look at the order and don’t put any EXTRA on so countless times I’ve been more than unimpressed with throwing money away! Also they never have any food ready I always have to wait and my lunch is already short being 30 minutes so that doesn’t help me want to return hoping for improvements or ill contact management directly

Service is EXTREMELY slow. Don’t come here if you have places to be, they’ll keep you waiting in line for 20 minutes.
